PLEASE READ ENTIRE APPLICATION CONTENTS

ATTENTION Commercial Vendor: You are invited to submit an application to be part of the Annual Inman Harvest Day Festival.
Scheduled for Saturday September 24, 2022 in Historic Downtown Inman
►► ANY APPLICATION RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE ◄◄

HARVEST DAY EVENT HOURS 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

►SET-UP OF BOOTHS BEGINS @ 6:00AM AND MUST BE COMPLETED BY 8:00AM, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FESTIVAL AREA AFTER 7:30 AM. ►ONLY COMMERCIAL ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED. NO GUNS OR FIREWORKS. ALL SPACES ARE 10'X10'. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN THIS AMOUNT OF SPACE YOU MUST RENT TWO (2) SPACES. ►TABLES MUST BE ATTRACTIVE AND BOXES KEPT OUT OF SIGHT. CRAFTERS MUST UNLOAD THEIR ITEMS AND THEN MOVE ANY VEHICLES TO THE DESIGNATED AREA PRIOR TO SETTING UP THEIR DISPLAY. THIS WILL HELP KEEP THE STREETS FROM BEING CONGESTED AND HELP TRAFFIC MOVE EASIER.

SIDEWALKS MUST REMAIN CLEAR AT ALL TIMES!

RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO USE FACILITES OF RETAIL BUSINESSES WE REQUEST YOU DO NOT BREAKDOWN AND LEAVE YOUR SPACE PRIOR TO 7:00 PM PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BE ASSIGNED TO A "CERTAIN AREA" SPACES ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDING TO LOCATIONS THAT MAKE THE FESTIVAL MORE GUEST FRIENDLY

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A RETAIL LICENSE!

Terms and Conditions:Neither the Inman Chamber of Commerce nor the City of Inman will be held responsibile for any accident or injury that may occur within your space during the festival, including set-up and breakdown. It is encouraged that that each vendor have their own liability insurance. Rain Date: The festival will NOT be postponed. Event will be held Rain or Shine. No Refunds. Other Information: A Map will be mailed or emailed to you one (1) week prior to the festival event, showing your space number and street location.
The space will be marked with a chaulk line and number, the area will be a 10'X10'. The space inside these lines is your booth space.

Please submit the Harvest Day Sponsorship Form by JUNE 30th. For those requesting an invoice, we will send an invoice if requested upon receipt of this form.
Once your application has been reviewed, we will send you a link for payment, thank you.
